Returns & Repairs Our jewelry is guaranteed for quality and is carefully inspected before leaving the studio. However, in the event an item may need to be repaired, we will gladly repair any item within 3-months of purchasing. Repair beyond the 3-months of purchase can be made, but parts and shipping fees may apply. Please call before sending items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the undamaged item in original packaging within 10 days of purchase, no questions asked. A $2.50 restocking fee may be applied to each returned item. Lost earrings. It happens to the best of us. In the event that only one earring needs to be replaced we will send you a new one for half the price of the original set.
